When selecting colors, I want to create the illusion that this ceramic roller resembles a wooden roller. When someone picks it up, the desired reaction should be 'Wow, it's heavy!

After testing I found that this rolling pin is much more suitable for crushing seed pods rather than flax stems. The design of the cracked surface is somewhat like a blade that efficiently holds the seed heads from scatter away. Crushing the seed chaff gives me a subtle feeling, akin to popping a bubble, It's very decompressing. 

The next step will involve making some improvements.
